I'm probably biased, being from Cleveland and all, but this is one of the ugliest identities I've ever seen. It's a frankenstein of bad ideas including the typeface, the word "Quicken" boxed in and reversed out of red, and the outdated, arbitrary and unoriginal "swish." Ugh. It all adds up to ugly. I can't blame the designer for this. I'm certain this is the product of an unweildy group of non-creative people.
